Samuel Kaplan

Samuel is a Florida native, growing up in Spring Hill. He has been working in the
customer service and operations management fields for almost 15 years. Samuel graduated from Florida
Gulf Coast University in 2014, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a minor
in Marketing. Samuel’s real estate roots started when he worked as an acquisitionist for a cash home
buyer. Since then, he has had a part in multiple transactions, most of which being the direct end buyer. His
love for marketing and business development has resulted in the creation of a turnkey duplex investment
model, combining cash-flowing investments with passive investors. In his free time, Samuel enjoys
Jeeping, boating, and classic car restoration. On weekends, he can usually be found at Bonita’s Dog
Beach, with his pup and wife.

Cody Kellogg
Vice President Operations, CAM

Cody Kellogg has been with MyTown since its inception. He is a native of Fort Myers
and attended Bishop Verot High School. Cody started with the company back in 2014, when it was known
as Broadway Management as the Accounting Manager where he helped update the company’s software
platform. During this time, Cody obtained his CAM license and began managing a portfolio of his own.
Cody has been involved with several merger and acquisitions and has helped shape the company into
what it is today. Currently, Cody Kellogg is the Vice President of MyTown Communities where he
oversees the operational aspects of the company. In his free time, Cody enjoys spending time with his
partner, and their various fur-children. Cody is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and
currently mentors his “Little Brother” who is now 17years old.

Jade Renaud

A South Florida native, Jade Renaud brings nearly a decade of association management
experience to MyTown Communities. Zealous, results-driven and highly detail oriented, she uses her
energetic personality to engage her communities and Boards. Working hand in hand with Boards, Owners,
and Vendors alike, Jade finds creative solutions and uses her experience to provide exceptional service to
our Associations. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for family and friends.

Catherine David

Catherine is French Canadian, and she came to the US in 2003. She has worked for Lee Health for almost 12 years and decided it was time for a career change. In 2018, she and her father opened a small Property Management company. She has been in the industry since then. In her spare time, she loves to do puzzles or take her dog Nala for a hike. She is dedicated to all the communities she manages, and she is excited to be the newest member of MyTown Communities.

Jake Burgner

Jake is a southwest Florida native. After high school he joined the Airforce and spent the
next six years traveling across the states and learning many different skills. He uses his unique mindset
and attention to detail to bring the best possible service to the communities that he gets to interact with. In
his spare time, he likes to curl up with a good book or visit one of his numerous nieces and nephews.

Roman Mueller

Roman immigrated from Germany to the United States in 1992. Speaking three
languages, Roman found luck working at several hotels on Fort Myers Beach as a European Sales
Manager. He became a Community Association Manager in 2001. In 2008, Roman joined Broadway
Association Management (now MyTown Communities). Hobbies include traveling, reading, attending
concerts and theater plays, going to movies and dinner with friends.

Mary Thompson-Veren

Mary moved to Florida in 2019 from Vermont. She worked for the same business for
30 years as the General Manager. Looking to escape the cold winters, Mary now resides in Cape Coral.
She entered the association management field as a Sales and Leasing agent but then quickly transitioned
into a CAM since she enjoyed the work so much. Mary’s free time includes repurposing items into new
creations. She also loves refinishing furniture and decorating her home.

Chris Chilton

Chris Chilton has lived in Florida for 35 years. He acquired his CAM license in 2014 and quickly specialized in developer startups and turnover. He excels in providing excellent customer service to members while working closely with the Board of Directors. In joining our team Chris intends to continue to provide the best hospitality practices to MyTown Communities. In his free time, he enjoys living life to the fullest with his wife and volunteering his time to assist in animal wellness.

Nicole is originally from North Babylon, New York. She has been living in Florida for 16 years. Nicole brings 10 years of experience in the customer service industry and is dedicated to organization and helping clientele with a trouble-free application process. When Nicole is not processing applications for approvals, she can be found spending time with her Fiancé' and their children.

Terry Nesbit
Property Manager Assistant, CAM

Terry moved to Cape Coral in 1961, and then traveled to Washington DC after school to
begin a career working for the government. She has had a varied career from working for the government
to being a poker dealer at the Seminole Casino. Terry has worked for MyTown for approximately eight
years and loves what she does. To relax, Terry reads and plays video games.

Heather McDonald
Accounting Manager

Heather has been with MyTown Communities (formerly Broadway Association
Management) for almost four years. She started as a staff accountant and is now the accounting manager.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, she has six years of accounting experience and
processes invoices for vendors, dues payments from association owners, and prepares financial statements
for board members. Customer service driven, she assists owners and board members with any questions
or concerns that they may have. A Florida native, Heather enjoys swimming at the beach and visiting
theme parks, museums, and Renaissance fairs.
